A vision that endures
Soluxtec, an unwavering European commitment
As the European solar market undergoes profound change, Soluxtec reflects on the choices that have shaped its identity since 2009 and shares the vision guiding its direction for 2026. Producing in Germany, preserving local expertise, and maintaining a long-term approach remain central to our strategy. This end-of-year message reaffirms these convictions and renews our commitment to a stable, high-quality and sovereign European energy future.
“Energy sovereignty is not a slogan. It is an industrial choice, a daily commitment, and a long-term vision. Soluxtec has made it its guiding principle since 2009.”
CEO Message
December 2025
As we close the year 2025, one reality stands out. The European photovoltaic landscape has gone through a period of significant instability. Price pressure, the massive influx of low-cost modules, and the rapid transformation of the market have reshaped our entire sector. Many long-standing players had to rethink their model or withdraw altogether. We do not ignore this situation.
Yet, throughout this pivotal period, Soluxtec has remained true to its path. The company is among the last solar module manufacturers still operating in Germany, and one of the few in Europe still producing locally. Since 2009, we have made a clear choice. We have chosen to manufacture here, relying on European know-how, on a qualified workforce paid at its fair value, and on a standard of quality that does not compromise.
This choice has not always been the easiest. It has been even more challenging as others moved production abroad to reduce their costs. This strategy can be understood in a market dominated by price competition. But for Soluxtec, the value of a solar module cannot be measured solely by its cost per watt peak. Its value is measured over thirty years. It is measured by the stability of a product that continues to perform ten years after installation. It is measured through a local and responsive customer service team, speaking the client’s language, and staffed by people who know the product because they build it themselves.
In 2025, our objective was not to unveil a new or spectacular innovation. Our objective was to stay the course. To preserve our quality, maintain our rigor, and remain faithful to what defines Soluxtec. This consistency is one of our strongest commitments.
At the same time, Europe is beginning to reshape its energy vision. Italy has introduced incentives promoting European-made panels. Austria is following this path. Other countries are considering similar approaches. These signals are not coincidental. They reflect an essential awakening. Energy sovereignty cannot be improvised. It must be built, protected, and supported by a local and controlled value chain. Producing in Europe means reducing environmental impact, preserving industrial know-how, and ensuring true energy independence.
In this context, Soluxtec has made a simple and deliberate choice. We chose to trust Europe. We chose to trust those who believe in a stable, durable, and responsible energy future. And we chose to trust all those who, year after year, prioritize quality and long-term reliability over short-term logic.
As we enter 2026, we will continue on this path. We will be present wherever Europe shapes its energy future, in professional exchanges, trade events, partnerships, and projects where quality comes first. We will continue to defend a locally anchored industrial model that is transparent, open to factory visits, open to dialogue, and open to the future. We will move forward because we remained where we needed to be. We did not leave Europe only to return. We built here, and we will continue to build here.
Soluxtec has existed since 2009. The panels installed yesterday continue to operate today and will continue tomorrow. This continuity is our promise. It is also our contribution to a Europe that chooses stability, quality, and sovereignty.
On behalf of Soluxtec, I would like to express my gratitude to all those who stand with us. Clients, partners, collaborators. Your trust is the foundation of everything we achieve and everything we will accomplish in the years to come.
Committed since the very first day, we remain committed to tomorrow.
